Nkem Mpamah is an experienced Chartered Accountant and Certified Life Coach from the UK’s No. 1 Coaching Academy. Nkem understands the pain and frustration of life when goals, dreams and aspirations seem impossible to come by. He’s been there before and understands that the first step towards achieving solution in any setback is to clearly identify, and focus on what is the most important in life.
With no hope of getting education, Nkem subjected himself to struggle, having to work as office cleaner, errand, boy and manual labourer. He carried mixed concretes upward of two story buildings at construction sites where he earned his daily wages. Nkem was an epitome of poverty and lack! Through persistence and dedication to continuous learning, personal development and modelling of successful people; and by the application of time tested success principles, Nkem rose to recognition.
Nkem experienced disappointments and frustrations caused by lack of finance as he could not provide the basic needs of life for his wife and 5 children. They lived at the mercy of friends and concerned citizens. These embarrassing moments forced Nkem to discover, fine-tune and apply the principles he read from his favorite books: “As a Man Thinketh”, “Think and Grow Rich”, and “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. These books changed his belief and transformed his life.
As a qualified accountant, Nkem worked in banks and other financial services companies more than 15 years, and led the team of financial controls in many large organizations in Africa and UK. Although Nkem was successful in his career, he did not feel fulfilled in his role as accountant as he discovered that his work did not align with his true life’s purpose of creating “sunshine” in the lives of individuals, leaders and businesses. This discovery led him to embark on further studies and to discover the reason why some people succeed while others struggle. In the course of his study, Nkem qualified as a Certified Life Coach in United Kingdom.
Now, Nkem has put together his personal experiences and the bits and pieces of everything he’s learned over these years into Cognition Global Concepts so he can support people like you to transform your life and create your own personal breakthrough.
